To Be Born started as one person's experiment. Luis Angel Lavander Rios, founder and chief executive, built the company around a question he could not shake: if the noise stopped completely, what would be left of him, and would he want to meet it?

The first time he completed a long darkness session, the noise did not stop politely. It fought. Then it thinned. What he found underneath was not a vision or a breakthrough. It was quieter and more disruptive: the recognition of how much of his daily life was input he never chose. That recognition became the company.
the standard he set

He refuses to be the testimonial. The launch is structured so you can watch the experiment happen live, including the possibility that it disappoints. Founder experience is treated as an origin story, not as evidence of universal results. Every claim on this site has to survive the same rule: say what is known, label what is not, promise nothing the practice has not earned.
the next threshold
three days
The founder will enter a professionally prepared three-day darkness retreat, monitored for safety, streamed without filters. Preparation, doubts, difficult hours, first words in the light: all of it public. If the practice is real, you will see it. If it is not, you will see that instead.
